NexusView™ (BNPM10) is a 10kDa prestained dual color protein size marker made from a mixture of 11 recombinant purified and prestained polypeptides whose molecular weights are well-adjusted. NexusView™ 10kDa prestained protein molecular weight standard is available in a ready-to-use formula (no need to boil before use), and is suitable for sizing proteins between 15,000 and 120,000 Da by SDS-PAGE. A blue and pink chromophore is covalently bound to recombinant proteins, and 11 prestained proteins are readily visible during electrophoresis or electrophoretic transfer from the gel to a membrane. The 50 and 100 Kda proteins labeled with pink chromophore enables easy discrimination.
