NexusView™ (BNPM20) is a 20KDa prestained dual color protein molecular weight standard made of a mixture of 8 recombinant purified and prestained polypeptides whose molecular weights are well-adjusted. 20KDa prestained protein molecular weight standard is available in a ready-to-use formula (no need to boil before use), and is suitable for sizing proteins between 20,000 and 140,000 Da by SDS-PAGE. A blue and pink chromophore is covalently bound to proteins, and 8 prestained proteins are visible during electrophoresis or electrophoretic transfer from the gel to a membrane. The 40 and 100 KDa proteins labeled with pink chromophore.
