NexusPointer™ (BNPM30) mid range prestained protein marker is a dual color prestained size marker. It is a mixture of 8 recombinant purified and prestained polypeptides whose molecular weights are well-adjusted. It is available in a ready-to-use formula (no need to boil before use), and is suitable for sizing proteins between 15,000 and 140,000 Da by SDS-PAGE. A blue and pink chromophore is covalently bound to proteins, and 8 prestained proteins are visible during electrophoresis or electrophoretic transfer from the gel to a membrane. The 50 kDa proteins labeled with pink chromophore enable easy identification.
